Take your pre-schoolers to the aquarium and then come home and read this delightful book....pictures are beautiful.

I was a little worried about the "scary pictures" described by others, and yes, there's a menacing eel and some dark seascapes of the bottom of the ocean, but nothing I thought my son would find troubling. I am glad I took the gamble: my 20-month-old loves this book and I have read it 5+ every night since it arrived (He requests it by name, "Ock-pushh!

We got this book for my two year old nephew for Christmas because he loves anything and everything Octopus and runs all around the house yelling "Octopus!" He was engaged right away with the beautiful illustrations and bright colors in the book!
